Construction of the Temporary Auckland base for the Italian Luna Rossa Americas Cup Team. Giles Civil was engaged very early on & worked with Auckland Waterfront & Luna Rossa to construct hardstands, footings & other works for the massive new AC72 boats. A lot of the work was design & build with many changes being carried out as the work progressed. All the Containers & "Tents" get packed up to move to San Francisco next year leaving a carpark behind.
